Request a new staff ID

Use the new online Lotus Notes request form to request new IDs for any of the following systems:

• Lotus Notes
• Network
• Local Workstation
• Banner
• Cognos Reporting System

This system replaces the paper-based IT Services - Staff ID Application Form.

Generic and Non-BCIT id request are currently unavailable on-line. Click on the appropriate link to access the paper-based forms used for Generic or Non-BCIT IDs (i.e. tenants, contractors).

Access the Online ID System

The Online ID System is a Lotus Notes database. To add the icon to your Lotus Notes Workspace:

1. Open Database in the Lotus Notes Workspace

2. Change the Server to  Notesmail/BCIT
3. Type apps/idrequest.nsf in the File Name field
4. Click Open

The icon shown below will appear on your Notes Workspace for future access and the new system will open. Follow the instructions in this system to submit a request.
